If a customer chooses to return the plant(s) for buyback, the buyback plant will be replaced with another plant which a client can demand and it will be replaced within five (5) working days of receipt of the product and sales invoice should be provided to sajiloway.
There will be no cash transaction between both buyer and seller.
The customer will be responsible for shipping the product to Sajiloway premises.
The products should be bought either from the Store(s) of sajiloway showroom level or the official Website of Sajiloway.
Based on our quality inspection, the product is first scrutinized by a Different test after the receipt of your product, basis which we will initiate the Buyback.
Any plants that show sign of damage, dry and tear, alterations, or mishandling leading to the bad condition of the plants. We reserve the right to Buy-Back amount of the product(s).
If a customer chooses higher valued replaceable plant than customer should pay the exceeded amount.
